Privacy rights depend on the law that applies to you and the information being processed. This page explains how to raise a privacy request with Magic Bloom DIY; it does not claim a certification of GDPR or other privacy-law compliance.
Rights that may apply
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, rights can include access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure in qualifying circumstances, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, and portability where its conditions are met. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You may also have a right to complain to a relevant supervisory authority. These rights have conditions and exceptions. For an authoritative overview, see the European Commission’s information for individuals. Other jurisdictions may provide additional or different rights.
Submitting a request
Use our Contact page and explain the request and the email address associated with the relevant contact message, comment, or subscription. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information unless a necessary verification step has been explained to you.
We may need proportionate information to locate a record and confirm that a request concerns your own data. Where an applicable legal response deadline exists, that deadline applies. Legal obligations, security needs, and the rights of other people may affect the response.
Subscriptions and browser choices
